Damian Pearce

Damian brings more than 20 years of restructuring and business recovery experience, including senior roles at Pitcher Partners. His work has included helping developers and lenders navigate stalled apartment projects, acting as financial manager for a food manufacturer and supporting a transport and logistics business through a difficult period with its bank.

His strength is finding the path beyond the conventional options. On a stalled apartment project facing a sale write-off, he helped pivot the developer and financier to a joint venture that restored a full recovery.

A Fellow of CPA Australia and graduate of the ARITA Insolvency Education Program, Damian combines commercial judgement with a direct, practical style.
