Brendan works with directors, boards and lenders on turnaround, restructuring and recovery decisions where the stakes are personal as well as commercial.
Brendan founded Rebound Advisory after more than 25 years in restructuring roles at PwC, KPMG and Ferrier Hodgson. He established the firm because he saw too many viable businesses lose time and options before the right advice was brought in.
Earlier in his career, Brendan led a senior team at NAB managing the bank's workout portfolio. That experience informs how he approaches lender conversations, reporting and workable solutions for all stakeholders.
He is known for directness, calm under pressure and a practical focus on the actions that preserve the most value.
